Refund Policy

At JNR Estate IT, we’re committed to delivering quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, we follow a strict no-refund policy for completed projects or services already rendered. We encourage all clients to thoroughly review our offerings before proceeding with a purchase or service order.

Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are only considered if the service has not yet commenced.
  • Requests must be made in writing within 3 days of payment.
  • In the rare event of service delays exceeding 30 days (due to our fault), a full refund may be approved.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Client changes mind after project initiation.
  • Delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary inputs or documents.
  • Services that are already completed, delivered, or in the final delivery stage.
