   We provide digital services like web & app development, CRM/ERP systems, NGO platform setup, etc. No physical goods involved.
3. Payment Terms
   Advance payment (e.g., 50%) is required to begin. Remaining balance is due before delivery. No refunds unless agreed in writing.
4. Timeline & Delivery
   Delivery depends on project scope, client response, and third-party factors like hosting or domain providers.
5. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must provide content, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays from the client may extend project timelines.
6. Confidentiality
   Your data is safe. We won’t share your info unless legally required.
7. Intellectual Property
   Final files are handed over only after full payment. Until then, everything remains property of JNR Estate Tech.
8. Liability
   We are not liable for indirect damages, server issues, or platform failures beyond our control.
9. Refund Policy
   No refunds for services already rendered. Refunds apply only if no work has started.
